The farm plans to use empty commercial space to grow a variety of fresh produce for local restaurants.
Eden Grow will install a 1,200-square-foot showroom vertical farm, accessible by the downtown tunnels, to help Houston area residents learn more about its technology. The hope is to inspire more families to grow their own food, even fish and crustaceans with Eden Grow’s system.
